01About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers and business buyers who use www.eonexports.com or deal with EON Exports (“EON Exports”, “we”, “us”, “our”) by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person. Any separate written quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation we issue forms part of these terms.

02Our Business

EON Exports is a manufacturer, wholesaler and exporter of handcrafted imitation jewellery and clutches, based in Mumbai, India. We primarily serve boutiques, retailers, wholesalers, resellers, event and corporate gifting buyers. Products shown on this website are offered on a wholesale and bulk basis unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

03Enquiries & Orders

• Submitting a bulk order enquiry or contacting us does not create a binding order. We will respond with a quotation, catalogue or proforma invoice.
• An order is confirmed only when we issue a written order confirmation (email or WhatsApp) and receive the agreed advance payment.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply and can differ by product and collection. Our team will confirm the MOQ at the time of quotation.
• Please check the products, quantities, colours, sizes and delivery address in your confirmation. Tell us immediately if anything is incorrect.
• We may decline or cancel any order in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors or inability to ship to your location. Any payment received for a declined order will be refunded.

04Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted as per the quotation or proforma invoice and are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.
• Prices are generally quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD), as mentioned in your quotation.
• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, production begins after receipt of an advance payment, with the balance payable before dispatch.
• Accepted payment methods will be shared with your proforma invoice (such as bank transfer or other methods we mention in writing). Bank and transfer charges are borne by the buyer.
• Goods are not released for dispatch until payment has been received in full, unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.

05Customisation & Branding

• We offer custom designs, colours, logo printing and private-label packaging on request. Customisation details, artwork and approvals must be confirmed in writing before production starts.
• Once you approve a sample, design or artwork, we produce strictly according to that approval. Customised and personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after production begins.
• You confirm that any logo, artwork or design you give us is yours to use, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. You are responsible for any claim arising from it.
• Handcrafted products can show small natural variations in shade, stone placement, embroidery and finish. These are part of the craft and are not defects.

06Production & Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on order size, customisation, stock and season.
• Delays caused by events outside our control, such as festivals, natural events, courier or customs delays, strikes or supply shortages, do not make us liable for loss or penalty.
• If an order is delayed because of late payment, late artwork approval or incomplete delivery details from your side, the timeline moves accordingly.

07Shipping, Duties & Taxes

• We ship worldwide through reputed courier and freight partners. Shipping charges are quoted separately unless included in your proforma invoice.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the courier or carrier.
• For international orders, the buyer is responsible for import duties, customs clearance charges, VAT/GST and any other local taxes in the destination country, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Please provide a complete and correct delivery address and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by wrong or incomplete details.
• We will share tracking details once the order is dispatched.

08Inspection, Damage & Claims

• Every order is checked before dispatch. We recommend you record an unboxing video when you open your parcel.
• If goods arrive damaged, defective or different from your confirmed order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp with clear photos, the unboxing video and your order number.
• After verifying the claim, we will, at our choice, repair, replace or credit the affected items. Claims made after this period, or for damage caused by misuse, wear or improper storage, may not be accepted.
• Minor variations in colour (due to screen differences), handcrafted finish and size tolerance are not treated as defects.

09Returns & Cancellations

• Because we deal in wholesale, made-to-order and customised goods, all sales are final, except where goods are damaged, defective or incorrect as described in Section 8.
• Order cancellation requests must be made in writing. Once production or procurement has started, the advance payment is non-refundable to the extent it covers work already done and materials already used.
• Any return must be approved by us in writing beforehand. Returned goods must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

10Product Information

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. However, photographs, descriptions and colours on the website may differ slightly from the actual item because of lighting, screen settings and handcrafting. Imitation jewellery is made with base metals, alloys, simulated and natural stones and similar materials; it is not precious metal or fine jewellery. To keep your pieces looking beautiful, keep them dry and away from perfume, sweat and chemicals, and store them in the pouch or box provided.

11Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, product photographs, videos, text, logos, graphics and the EON Exports name, belongs to EON Exports or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Buyers may use our product images to market the products they have purchased from us, but not to suggest any other affiliation with EON Exports.

12Use of the Website

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, hack, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to it.
• You agree that the information you provide in enquiry forms and accounts is accurate and complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.
• The website may contain links to third-party sites (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or WhatsApp). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.
• We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time without notice, for maintenance or other reasons.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EON Exports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or goodwill, arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of the goods in that order that are the subject of the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern amicably. If a dispute cannot be settled, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

15Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. Orders are governed by the terms in force on the date we confirm them. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
